This is the film I am editing for my senior thesis, the story of two friends who's friendship hits some rough waves as the pair tries to fulfill their dream of building and setting sail on a raft.

These videos were created for educational purposes and were designed to expand our understanding on how to use the programs developed by Avid, both Media Composer and Pro Tools.

Anesthesia

A short film edited in Avid Media Composer, footage is stock footage acquired through RIT for educational purposes.

Description: A trip to the dentist quickly turns into a waking nightmare.

Insane Biking

A short documentary edited in Avid Media Composer, all footage acquired through RIT for educational purposes.

Description: An inside look at the world of mountain biking.

Pride, Prejudice, and Zombies

As part of the "Advanced Sound" class at RIT we pick a movie trailer and recreate all of the sounds and dialogue. This project utilizes ADR for voices, Foley work for various sound effects, a small number of sound effects found in the RIT sound library, and music found externally. Edited with ProTools.

Gallery of Editing Work (Premiere Pro)

A selection of projects worked on during my third year attending RIT, these films were among the first in which I solely worked post production on the projects. These projects in particular were only edited using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Walk of Shame

A fiction piece produced and shot for the "Fiction Workshop" class at RIT.

Produced during my first two years attending RIT, these projects were ones where I worked all aspects of the filmmaking process, starting from writing and directing the pieces and being the one to ultimately edit and work sound on these pieces.
